The first tests of the sorting installation are a fact. After a successful cold commissioning period, the first production tests finished last week. Kempenaars Recycling’s new paper-cardboard separation installation fully automatically separates large and small pieces of cardboard from paper. After the separated material is pressed into high-quality bales and sold to a large number of international customers. Because quality is from the highest standards, various types of new innovative separation methods have been applied, including brand new anti-wrapping star screens; paper spikes and infra-red separators delivered by Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions. The brand new automated sorting installation will be taken into production in July/Aug 2019
